Gibson Village Commons Commissary Kitchen exists to support small food businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs by providing access to a shared, fully equipped commercial kitchen. We remove barriers for those just starting out by offering an affordable, supportive space to test ideas, build skills, and grow sustainable food enterprises.

Pricing

$200 yearly membership fee due when application is accepted

Membership Tiers

~ 10 hours per month at $400

~ 20 hours per month at $600

~ 40 hours per month at $1000

~ Dry storage (2 shelves) $50 per month

~ Cold storage $50 per shelf per month
